Ralph E. Villalobos, known as REV, is a talented artist and illustrator hailing from Hawthorne, Southern California. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has ventured into various realms of the arts. His portfolio includes designing comic book backgrounds, creating animation layouts, painting toys and collectibles and crafting film props. Additionally, REV has illustrated book covers and designed stickers and apparel, demonstrating his versatility across the arts industry. He has also taught at universities such as CSULB and CSULA, exhibited his paintings globally, and owned a fine art gallery in El Segundo California– all before turning 40!

In addition to his artistic endeavors, REV holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts & Animation and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Illustration. He aspires to pursue a Doctorate in Art History in the future.
